Our products are engineered to the highest standards and designed to deliver the best performance. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and refund options as outlined below.

Returns policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• • The product is unused and uninstalled
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging
  • All original hardware, accessories, and documentation are included

Please use our contact form to initiate the return by providing your contact information and order number.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Print the label and drop the package off with the carrier listed on the label.
When we receive and inspect the returned items, you will be notified and issued a refund for the full purchase price of the returned products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.

 

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets the same eligibility criteria outlined above.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Approved exchange items must be returned before a replacement is shipped. Once the return is received and inspected, a new order may be placed for the replacement item.

We do not charge restocking or administrative fees.

If an exchange is required due to an error on our part, we will provide a return label and ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
